If these conditions are met and you still don’t feel a difference, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping) with no hard feelings. This guarantee is intended for first-time purchases only and may be limited to one refund per customer or household for this product.
2. What We Refund
When a refund is approved under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we refund the product price only, excluding original shipping charges. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your country are non-refundable and remain your responsibility.
3. How to Request a Refund

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at nuvibloom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After we review the information, we will either replace the item at no cost to you or offer an appropriate refund of the product price. In cases where the problem is clearly on our end, we may also choose to refund shipping charges at our discretion.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not yet seen it appear, we recommend first checking your bank or credit card account again. Refunds can take several business days to post. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and this refund policy apply only to products purchased directly from MicroVitals.com. If you purchased MicroVitals products from another retailer, marketplace, or website, you will need to follow their return and refund policies.
